Mission:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and developing the current platform built on Azure, utilizing OpenShift, GitOps, ArgoCD, and Terraform IaC. Your role will involve onboarding teams and supporting them in their transition to the cloud, as well as handling support cases related to onboarding and platform maintenance. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and future planning, with a focus on knowledge sharing and self-upskilling. A strong understanding of Azure DevSecOps security best practices, a customer-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to testing and learning are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:
• Maintain, manage, and develop the Azure-based platform.
• Utilize OpenShift, GitOps, ArgoCD, and Terraform IaC.
• Team Support:
• Onboard teams and support their cloud journey.
• Handle support cases related to onboarding and platform maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and future planning.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and active self-upskilling.

Mandatory Expertise:

• Architecture:
• Architecture or Architect mindset.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud Architecture & Azure Architecture.
• Provide technical guidance during solution development and deployment phases.
• Adapt the platform according to company Cloud principles (Azure CEP).
• DevSecOps Tools:
• OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Docker containers.
• ARGO CD.
• Redhat Enterprise Linux.
• Azure Cloud or AWS.

• CI/CD Workstreams:
